If you listen to Warren Buffet, the stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient. If you listen to the common man, it is a place where the privileged gamble. The former is a practical statement from an experienced man, the latter may be a hope, a myth or a bad experience, depending on who you ask.                                                                          During the corona crisis, India saw millions of new demat account opening in a matter of weeks.
